Turtle Labs is a design and technology studio. We have spent years helping companies work out what they are for, and this is the same work turned towards a person instead of a business.

The mission

Make the question "what am I for?" answerable in an afternoon, for anybody, at a price that is not a barrier.

Not a vague sense of direction. A sentence you can say out loud, that sounds like you, and that tells you what to do on Monday. The first step of that is free and stays free.

The vision

A generation that chooses work from evidence about themselves rather than from what was available, expected, or safe.

Most people pick a direction at seventeen with no information and spend thirty years defending the choice. That is an absurd way to run a life, and it is entirely fixable.

Why this exists at all

We kept meeting the same person. Competent, employed, quietly certain they were in the wrong place, and completely unable to say what the right place would look like. Career advice told them to follow their passion without ever explaining how to find one. Personality tests handed them four letters and no instructions.

The gap is not motivation and it is not information. It is that nobody ever taught the method. Working out what you are for is a skill, it is learnable, and it takes about an afternoon to start and about ninety days to act on.

So we built the method we use on companies, for a person. The four circles, the pattern, the statement, the ninety days. It is the same work.

What we will not do

We will not tell you what to do with your life. Every result here describes what you told us. The conclusion is yours and the product is built so it stays that way.
We will not sell what you write. Not to advertisers, not to recruiters, not as training data. It is in the privacy notice as a promise, and there are checks in our own test suite that fail if the code ever contradicts it.
We will not make the free thing worse to sell the paid thing. The five questions end with a real, usable passion statement. No account, no card, no expiry.
We will not pretend this is science. It is a structured way of paying attention to yourself. That is genuinely useful and it is not a diagnosis.

We work with clients across India and outside it, and this product is built by the same people who do that work, in the same room.
