The paid half, explained

Three things that cost money every time they happen

Everything else on this site is free or pay what you want. These three consume something on every single use, so they carry a price, and each one says what it consumes.

Automated, billed per run

The assessment, read closely

Rs 300 per run

The same twelve statements, but the answers are read together rather than scored separately: what your pattern across the four themes suggests, which strain is probably causing which, and where a change would show up first.

Why it costs money. Every run is a model call we are billed for. That is the whole reason it is not free.

The free thing to try first. The free assessment gives you the four bands and the practices. This adds the reading between them.

One hour, with a person

Guided assessment

Rs 4,500 per session

An hour going through your results with someone, which mostly means being asked better questions than a form can ask. You leave with one change to try and a date to review it.

Why it costs money. An hour of somebody's attention is an hour, and there are only so many.

The free thing to try first. Do the free assessment first. Most people do not need this, and we will say so.

Monthly, with a person

Continuity

Rs 2,500 per month

A conversation each month about the one change you are working on: whether it moved, whether to keep it, and what to do next. The structure most attempts at change are missing.

Why it costs money. A person, every month, for as long as you keep it.

The free thing to try first. The practices each name how long before they are worth judging. That is the same discipline, unaccompanied.

Most people do not need any of this

The free assessment, the guides and the practices are the whole programme for most people. These exist for when they are not enough, and we will say so if that is not you.
